    IMPORTANT REMINDERS

    1. Lead Retrieval 
      All exhibitors at Spring 2022 fairs will be using the GoToCollegeFairs (GTCF) MobileScan App to capture student leads. ALL onsite representatives must bring a compatible mobile device with the GTCF App to scan student barcodes. The scanning app will allow access only on the day of the fair.  

    Please plan to download the app and set it up (fair and booth selection) before you arrive at the fairScanners are no longer available at NACAC college fairs.  Please reference the links below to help you get started:

    The GTCF MobileScan app has many advantages over the handheld scanner. The app allows you to collect student names quicker and easier, take notes on and rate the leads that you capture, and more. Using the mobile app is no additional cost to you, and each booth has unlimited users.

    1. Health and Safety

    Masks are recommended at the event for all staff, exhibitors, attendees and volunteers. NACAC is also working with the venue to create the most sanitary and safe environment for our event.

    1. Housekeeping Items
      Check your booth number or edit your booth signage by logging into NACAC's Community Hub, and clicking on “My Exhibits.”  
      NOTE: This must be done for each individual fair you register for.

    The basic booth package included with your exhibitor registration is: 2 chairs, a 6’ skirted table, wastebasket, and booth ID sign. If you would like to order anything for your booth in addition to this package, please refer to the TotalExpo exhibitor kitfor ordering information.

    Shipping Deadline:

    Shipments will be received through Monday, April 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please keep all tracking numbers of your packages.

      Light refreshments are provided during the college fair. NACAC strongly encourages you to eat a full meal before you arrive.
