    School/Organization Group Visit Request

    • We offer school and organization-led group visits for high school juniors, seniors, & transfers.
    • We can accommodate up to 30 students and require one adult chaperone for every 15 students.
    • Optional no-host lunch is available upon request during dining hall hours at $12.00 per person. View hours and menu here: Sodexo - Dillin Dining Hall
    To request a group visit, submit the form below. We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice for all visits. Due to visit and staffing limitations, we may not be able to fulfill all requests. Our group visits include a campus tour and an information session with an admission counselor.

    Chaperones must be present at all times during the visit to monitor the behavior of students.

    We ask that behavioral expectations are set with students prior to arrival on campus. Students should be respectful toward all staff, student ambassadors, members of our community, and campus property. This includes, but is not limited to, asking appropriate questions, using appropriate language, being attentive and not utilizing electronic devices.

    Linfield reserves the right to cancel visits, including individual/group visits and event programs, to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests because of severe weather including, but not limited to, excessive heat/cold, wind, snow and ice, or due to changing campus or community health concerns. Should a visit be cancelled, you will be communicated with via email, text and/or phone with as much notice as possible.
