School/Organization Group Visit Request

We offer school and organization-led group visits for high school aged students and older.
We can accommodate up to 30 students and require one adult chaperone for every 10 students.
Optional no-host lunch is available upon request during dining hall hours at $10.00 per person.

To request a group visit, submit the form below. We will contact you for additional details and to confirm your visit within 5-10 days. We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice for all visits. Due to visit and staffing limitations, we may not be able to fulfill all requests.

A group visit provides you and your students an opportunity to explore the benefits of a Linfield education and experience our beautiful campus. We are able to schedule a student or admission counselor-led campus tour and presentation with an admission counselor.

Visit Instructions and Policy

Linfield reserves the right to cancel visits, including individual/group visits and event programs, to ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests because of severe weather including, but not limited to, excessive heat/cold, wind, snow and ice, or due to changing campus or community health concerns. Should a visit be cancelled, you will be communicated with via email, text and/or phone with as much notice as possible.

Students and all guests are expected to abide by the all visit guidelines, along with all other Linfield policies, including those regarding COVID-19. I understand that failure to abide by these regulations and the university's code of student conduct, including policies related to COVID-19, may result in my group's removal from campus and may jeopardize the admission, scholarship, financial aid and enrollment to Linfield University of individual students.
