RN-BSN Co-Admission Application

Students enrolled in a community college co-admission program are eligible to apply for admission to Linfield's online RN to BSN program using the application below.

To begin your co-admission application, submit the information below. After submitting the form, you'll receive follow-up instructions to complete your application and connect with your admission counselor.

The following application is only for students eligible for co-admission. All other applicants to Linfield's Online and Continuing Education or School of Nursing, including non-co-admission RN to BSN, can locate the correct application online.
