Linfield retains admission applications for two years from an applicant's original requested start term. During the two-year time period, you may reactivate their applications by submitting the form below. You must also submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities you've taken courses at, regardless of whether or not you earned credit, the program was completed or the credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript.

You should not submit this form if:

You have not previously applied for admission to any Linfield program
You wish to attend Linfield as a non-degree student
You have previously applied for the prelicensure BSN or ABSN at Linfield's School of Nursing
You intend to apply for transfer from from Linfield's McMinnville campus to Linfield's Portland campus
